Key duties:

  • Staff recruitment and training. Supervising junior chefs
  • Cooking quality control
  • Bidding for necessary provision, assuring its time receipt from  warehouse, providing term, assortment, quality and quantity control over received and sold provision
  • Buying provision, supplier management, making provision purchase orders and its quality control
  • Accounting of food allowance, material consumption rate
  • Cooking time and assortment control
  • Maintain order and labour discipline at  public catering facility
  • Staff control, executing staff  training, client’s service standard control
  • Inventorying, document management, invoice drafting

Key requirements:

  • Plus 5 years of experience (Chef de cuisine)
  • Knowing specifics of culinary (required) and Sushi Bar (is a considerable advantage)
  • Experience in managing a team of 10 to 20 people
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Responsible

  • Team working
  • Result oriented
