Sushiya is the largest and fast-growing Japanese restaurant chain consisting of 43 joints in 13 cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Boryspil, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Lutsk, Lviv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Cherkasy and Chernivtsi. About Sushiya Precise Delivery

The Sushiya delivery service started working in Kyiv in 2011. Today, the service is available at all the cities where the chain is represented, as well as in the suburbs of Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa.

Today, the Accurate Delivery service staff consists of 20 call center operators and over 200 delivery men. The service car park consists of 43 cars (19 FordKa and24 SmartForTwo) and 4 Honda Lead 90 mopeds.

Delivery is free; the standard waiting time is 60 minutes. Minimum order is UAH 100. Delivery time for suburbs and remote districts (over 15 km from the nearest restaurant) is 90 minutes while the minimum order is UAH 200.

Accuracy is the number one priority for the Sushiya delivery service, that’s why the company has elaborated and introduced a special program of bonuses for delayed delivery. Bonuses shall be accrued as “1 minute of delay = UAH 1 to bonus account”. Thus, in case of delay, a delivery man shall present the customer with a bonus from the restaurant which may be used at the next order.
