The chat on the Sushiya official web site intended for communication with guests of the restaurant offers the possibility to easily and promptly perform a number of tasks each of which has a separate section.

Using a widget, created in partnership with multifunctional messenger Sender, you can clarify your order at the Sushiya delivery service, submit your review of the delivery service, order a callback from a Sushiya operator or apply for employment with the Japanese restaurant chain Sushiya.

 “Nowadays, the world is so fast and dynamic, that time is one of the most precious values. If we wish to attract and hold our Guests, we should be flexible and able to adjust ourselves to their life tempo, save their time and simplify the pattern of their communication with us as much as possible, - said Yevhen Sandrak, Head of Sushiya Delivery Business Unit. – That is why  we launched the messenger, so that any question to Sushiya could be solved quickly, whether it refers to an order, communication with the operator, feedback regarding the quality of our service or application to the human resources department, and so that the mechanism of forwarding an inquiry would be simple, clear and require minimum operations. Our long-time business partner PrivatBank which has been rapidly developing this platform for its own services consulted us on its implementation.”


For the purpose of putting into practice a chat on its web site, Sushiya selected the platform of the multifunctional messenger Sender which significantly simplifies communication of retail and e-commerce companies with customers and does not require complicated technological solutions.
